Fleet rates, please note: tolls and parking apply to hourly charters. Surcharge applies to all trips. Rates are all inclusive, no additional charges apply to simple transfers. Pricing remains consistent trip-to-trip. Confirmations are issued 12 hours and again two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Trip status notifications including “On the way”, “On Location”, “Circling”, “Passenger on board”, “Dropped off” are provided via email updates. Cancellation policy – unless other arrangements are made prior to a trip, cancellation notice for all trips must be received and acknowledged by Alliance Limousine at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up plus travel time.

All arrivals into an FBO are booked as a charter with a two-hour minimum on the arrival and a straight transfer rate on departures where permitted. Please provide FBO location, tail #, locator code, arrival and/or departure dates, times and passenger name(s). Unless otherwise instructed, the Chauffeur will check in at the FBO with the above information and stage as instructed to await flight arrival.


RESERVATIONS/DISPATCH — 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. If you would like the name of the Chauffeur assigned to your reservation, please call our Dispatch Department one (1) hour prior to the scheduled pickup time.  If you would like to know if your Chauffeur is on location, please call our Dispatch Department any time prior to the scheduled pickup time.

REPRESENTATION — Alliance Limousine, Inc. will always represent your company while transporting your Clients. Please email us your name board and we will print and laminate your company name sign. Our chauffeurs carry “blank” generic business cards that offer only their name and cell phone number.

GRATUITIES AND FUEL SURCHARGE — All trips carry a suggested 20% gratuity. Fuel surcharge applies on all trips.

INSURANCE — Alliance Limousine maintains insurance coverage as follows:

  • Auto liability – $ 1.5 million;  General liability – $ 4.0 million. 

  • Workman’s Compensation – $2.0 million, New York State Insurance Fund

Certificate of Liability provided on request.

CHAUFFEUR & FLEET STANDARDS — Alliance Limousine trains to and maintains compliance with the highest industry standards relative to the conduct, demeanor and appearance of its professional Chauffeur staff and the maintenance, condition and appearance of its vehicle fleet.

Chauffeurs –

  • TLC Chauffeurs License

  • NYS CDL License – Class A, B, C or E

  • Drug & Alcohol Screening – Random screening throughout each calendar year as prescribed by TLC and US DOT.

  • State & Federal Criminal Background Checks – Clean Court Abstract – Performed by TLC.

  • Alliance Limousine Chauffeur Training – Extensive, one-week in-house training program, including mapping exercises, driving techniques, appearance and demeanor, flight tracking and problem solving/conflict resolution. All Chauffeurs must pass the test prior to employment and are recurrently trained and tested each year.

  • Chauffeur attire standard: Black suit, white shirt, business tie, black shoes. Chauffeur appearance standard:, well groomed & clean shaven.

  • Smart phone with email capability.

Fleet –

  • Monthly inspections – random and scheduled.

  • Vehicle outside/inside appearance maintained to factory, as-new standards.

  • Ituran USA GPS System (100% of our fleet)

CANCELLATION POLICY: For sedan and SUV trips inside the New York City metropolitan area, cancellations within two (2) hours of scheduled start time are billable at 100% of the estimated charges. For sedan and SUV trips outside the New York City metropolitan area, cancellations within two (2) hours plus travel time to the pick-up point are billable at 100% of the estimated charges. Alliance Limousine requires 24-hours cancellation notice for all van trips and 48-hour cancellation notice for all bus/motor coach trips.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by the passengers. Cleaning fee is $250.00. Alcohol, narcotics and smoking in the vehicle is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.  Whether a tip is to be given, and its amount, are matters determined solely by the customer.  Recommended tip is twenty percent.
